So, coming to the point.
After being with us for nearly 2 decades,2 compressor’s changed, lots of body damage(including rust),water flowing out of the chiller and a hell lot of arguments over changing the fridge....we bid good bye to our Godrej 165 Lts.
Welcome home....’’LG GR-282MVF’’ better known as ’’Fridge’’ ! !
I guess it all boils down to the fact that when we hear other people give a good report about a certain product...we do tend to trust it. As far as this LG model goes, you might as well trust me.
I would not go for a Tech Specification overview(i will leave it to the LG Brochure) nor would i tell you about the product features. Some things are best when seen yourself.
I was to go for a 230 Ltr model first.
When i saw this model...i had this very strong view, that the fridge looked BIG from the outside but provided a substantially SMALL space inside.
That’s when i saw this ’’Fridge’’...280 Ltr.
Very sleek looking and mind you...it does not eat the FSI(if u live in a small home...its the most precious thing..isn’t it?).
Provides a lot of space inside as the product is well designed to take care of all the things to be stored.
Mothers, who will never through a plastic bag...so that they could just keep that extra vegetable in the fridge is also taken care of !
Freezer...well..what do i say...if ever there was an Eskimo Midget around...you could have easily rented out the freezer to him ! !
Lots of space...more ice cubes made in lesser time.
The only thought would be...the electric power units consumed and the second is.....why the hell did they spoil the looks(just a little) by providing a key hole...right in the middle of the door ! !

Over all...a very good buy ! !
PS: I had it exchanged with my Godrej...so i got a good deal and there was an Product Exhibition.
