Reliance Fixed wireless phone scheme has given the instrument LG LSP400 and claimed a battery back up of 120Hrs. From the day it was installed it has never given more than 6Hrs. The service is also very bad. I have complained and got serviced in their service center for two times and both times they have failed. The response of the dealer is very bad and they donot care for customer. My sincere advise to the citizens of India is to never go with the Reliance FWP and LG wireless phone. Reliance communication dealer is not at all holding any responsibility for this defective piece and saying we are not are not responsible for any technical imperfection. I paid him the money for the instrument and he is telling that is of LG’s responsibility or Reliance head office responsibility. Fortunately if any Reliance or LG higher officials read my review, may please think seriously
