Apollo Systems LG Service Centre(E-22, Judge Rd, Killipalam, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695002) is LG’s authorized service center in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. They are very worse. I registered a complaint with LG regarding my washing machine in April 2016. LG redirected to Apollo Systems LG Service Centre, located at Karamana, 10 km away from where my house located, Choozampala. I called the Apollo Systems based on the message from LG. The problem was new to me. My little daughters Anklet went inside the washing machine, it was outside the Drum of the washing machine. The service centre contract person Mr. Rajesh, Apollo Systems told me don’t use it and bring the machine to Karamana. I repeatedly told him I can able to see the Anklet and I requested the guy to could you please come here and see the problem and if not able to solve at home, then I can able to bring it to your office. I added it will be to expensive for me to bring the machine by a vehicle and loading guy. He was saying their machine need to use to take it out so need to bring. I was totally disappointed as I could see the Anklet laying outside the drum. I finally, called my relative who is in Trivandrum and told him the problem. He told just try by yourself by pulling the machine down and if not able to take, I will send some other technicians who are locally available. I just pull the machine down which was kept in a stand and the Anklet flow down to floor. I just sorted out my issue in just 10 minutes after a long fight with customer care centre. I then used the machine and told the customer care to close the complaint as the customer solved the issue by himself. I reported to LG customer service that Apollo Systems LG Service Centre technician was not ready to just come to my home and solve the issue. It’s bad that the guy was not even ready to come home and see the issue even I am ready to pay his fee as per the agreement with LG. He was not even ready to come even after 4-5 times repeated calls from home. He was adamant that I should bring my washing machine by vehicle 10-15 KM. This indicates very bad attitude from his side and LG should never give service centre to such kind of centres. LG is big brand with so many electronic items selling across the world. It’s a trusted brand and high value electronic items. So the company need to take action against such private service centre.
