I would like to present my review of the worst experience I have got from LG customer customer care for LG 8 Kg T9003TEELR Fully Automatic Washing Machine(order ID - Order ID: 2758095464). Its been more than 1.5 years now that I am using above mentioned washing machine. For the first year it did not give any trouble, but after that started the real scene. From last 6 month I am facing so many issues with this machine such as Suspension & noise issue.
The technical engineer visited my place more than 4 times but they could not resolve/fix the issue. Now, few days back I again contacted LG customer Care & they provided me a new number from the replacement department, pune(the guy named as Pravin). I had a word with Pravin & he said that I can not replace the machine, but I will send the technician again & will make sure the problem is resolved. Till date no one has contacted me or visited my place.
I have many products from LG such as LED, Oven, Mobile etc, but never faced such Customer care service related issue thats the reason I have brought all the products from LG, but now I have realized that I should stop buying LG products since their service has became very poor & worst. Now, I am going to contact them last time & if the problem persist again then I am gonna file the case against LG in the consumer forum. I just wanted to let all know the fact about their current Customer care service.
