I sad owner of LG Optimus G. LG is simply worst mobile company on the earth with no love for its customers. After spending 35k on flagship device, I am stuck at android 4.1 since a year. Today I tried to use LG customer support via email and to my horror found that I have to accept to receive news and offers from LG in order to proceed with my problem. Now LG will flood my email box with news and offers as a punishment for me to use their customer support.


I strongly recommend others to stay away from this stupid corp and spend your money on some (even China) company.
