I bought this LG microwave from Pai Bannerghatta road and the Pai service has been excellent. After couple of days my microwave started tripping the fuse and started giving smoke in srill mode. So I called LG service and after one week they showed up and said the peice needs to be replaced. After this they didnt do anything for 1 week. Then I called LG and Pai folks. After around 30 calls and 2-3 weeks finally I have got the replacement.
LG needs to imporve their customer support. If they dont improve next time I am going for some other brand. The service personal always say that they will call back, but they never do.
All I hope is the LG product by iteslf is good, so that I dont have to call for service again.Life is not soo good with LG/LG Service Sucks Big time
