I bought LG - 29FD2RGE flatron TV. 2months back from E-zone Centre point, nagpada, Mumbai, As soon as it was delivered to my house at Thane. I received a call from LG Service Centre requesting permision to install, I called him up on next day morning, He came(with 2 hour delay) installed the same gave demo for operating tv and remote. the reception to few channels we not good compaire to other channels. and it was showing only 89 channels. I asked him about, he tried and got connected himself to their online support centre ultimately could not satisfy me then said he will send his senoir the next day.
I received a call from service centre asking permission to pay a visit to my home. came next day(2.50 hour delay) tried to rectify the fault and improve quality or picture on those perticular channels. he could not satisfy me. asked online help and handed over to me and I was told this is not their fault and that this mainly because of the cable connection and that he will not work on the same.I showed him the next door TV(another brand) who is also using the same cable connection with a better reseptions on those specified channels.
Yet I was told to shift cable connection to dish anteena. 3 weeks back i.e. around 2nd week of november I heard a news as a special priviledge offer provided with a joint venture of LG and Relaince Big tv that those who have LG 29" tv will be provided reliance BIG tv connection on discounted rate of Rs, 700/- only.
And last three weeks I am running between Relaince network and LG service centre and E-zone asking them where will I get this offer and how can I take a chance of taking this offer to see whether I can see those channels clearly.
No one has ever come to me saying whether I am allowed this privilege or not. and whether I can get clear picture or not.
