Beware while buying LG products and do not expect good customer support after sales:
After a long survey of 32 " LCD products available in India, decided to go with LG 32 LH 35 FR thinking that it is good value for money. Went to a LG shop in Bangalore and paid the full money to buy the LCD TV. After a continuous follow up with the dealer, 4 days later TV got delivered to my residence. Then my follow up started with the service person to come and do the initial installation. 3 days later he turned up and he realised that the the brand new TV is faulty ( very bad sound coming out of the speaker ). My real effort started in getting the item replaced by contacting different people in LG. First 2 weeks, every day over phone they use to give me an answer saying my TV will be replaced with a new one. After 2 weeks, LG guys started saying that parts will be replaced and it it is on the way to Bangalore.
Really, I got annoyed and 3 rd week I went to the dealer and requested to give me another 32 " TV model by paying extra money. Luckily, I got teh TV on the same day and I am using teh TV without any headache. One thing I am wondering about LG is what kind of customer satisfaction the company wanted to achieve and what policy LG is having after deliverying a faulty TV to a customer for his no faults.
