This tv hardly 4 months old giving trouble spoken to a dealer, lg staff no help only giving false commitment. Summer holidays are on spent a bomb on the tv. The installation took 20 days. Tv started giving trouble. Tech nician came over told me tv is perfect.
When i showed him the colaration on one side than he realised. He told me i am ordering the part we will call you. I did not get any response. I callled hi m told him about my sons holiday time pl repair it he said not to worry lg will call back . But no commitment about time. I called his superior he was of no help didnot even took my call . I wrote my complaint to web site . I got response a false commitment .
Nothing has happened till now.
