Hi this Jyothsna.i have purchased LG LCD 32"inchs on November 2010.At first I felt very happy with this but I felt very bad after 8 months only.There is some problem in the picture.We informed the same to LG service center in Hyderabad it self.After making so many calls one technician came and told there is some defect in mother board, and they will replace with new one.
We made so many calls to customer care, there is also no response.every one is saying that the product is on the way this is only dialogue we are hearing from so many days. At last we made a call to Noida office also.They are saying that there is no availability of that board you have wait again for some time.Finally I want to say they are playing games with customers. There is a very very very worst service we face in LG Products.
