4 yrs ago I moved from my home that had a great whole-home water filtration system. Immediately all 4 of my kids and myself started having trouble with shampoo buildup on our scalps, which later caused other issues; but it was all just because of the difference in water. I have been searching 4 yrs for this exact shampoo. It is the only product I've found that helps my roots ( my roots tend to get oily) but not dry my scalp out so much it flakes, but since the length is always dry you would think this product would dry it out more but it stayed true and even helped my ends a bit without conditioner. What's even more impressive is when using on my 8 and 9 yr old girls who have very thick hair, is that I have been able to rinse it all out without taking 30 minutes to do so. For the first time in 4 yrs I'm actually going to buy the shampoo twice in a row.
