Understanding from various corners of our society about esteemed goodwill of this Organization , I with my three other family members inspired to avail M.P. Tour for the period 26.02.2011 to 12.03.2011 . But we have had a bitter experience during the whole tour period.
We have no complain about hotel accommodation at various centers which were mostly good. But food arrangement was very much poor, which did not match with previous goodwill of the company. Food quality and quantity was very much poor during the whole tour period. Moreover my main complain was against tour manager Mr. Tamal Saha. He has never self introduced with any tourist.
We knew him as touring manager from distance. He never cared for our comforts/discomforts , even our feelings during the tour period. He never conveyed his wishes/goodbye to any tourist.In a nut shell it was a bad experience which was not expected at all.
