Worst experience ever!
Need to inform thrice to get something from room dining or housekeeping.
There are no vents in toilets.
No fridges/minibars in room
No internet/wifi option( even if paid)
They use solar heaters to provide hot water in bathrooms, though good for environment, its ill-planned because Lonavala often gets foggy so how do they expect to get sunlight? At this moment I am waiting for the housekeeping to get me a bucket of hot water since I doubt hot shower will be possible.
