I went to Malaysia in May 2017. This is one of the pocket friendly tourist destination apart from Thailand. You can find people of mixed culture ( Malay, Indian, Chinese) . Hence food is not a problem. Also since its a popular travel destination accross the world, you will find food joints of every variety. But vegetatians might face a problem. We stayed in fraser residency located at Jalan sultan ismail road whoch is almost in the heart of the city. Almost all the tourist desitantion like petronas tower, KL tower, china market are nearby and within the range of 5km. Multiple shopping options. Berijaya times square is the best shopping destination for clothes/accessories /makeup products shopping. For electronic items, you must visit lowyat plaza. Petronas looked splendid at night and the view of the city from 84th floor should not be missed. But kualumpur is hot throughout the year. Overall a nust visit destination
