Date of Visit: 17/04/2011Just to confirm, we had called the authorities of the water park to ensure that it was open. After getting a "yes", we packed our costumes and left for the destination. We pack of trio started from Chandani chowk by hiring a 6 seater to vadgaon bridge and another 6 seater from Vadgaon bridge to water park. Each costed us 20 bucks per head. Entering the gates we saw a huge rush as it was a Sunday. Entry tickets costed us 300 per head.
The costume rates and locker charges were nominal, though we couldn't get a locker as all were full. (Costume: Rent:30 Deposit:50, Locker: Rent and Deposit:50). Lot many rides to enjoy and all were cool. The wave pool, tunnel, mat ride, single tube ride, direct slide (red in color, I would recommend to wear a tshirt for this ride as it might hurt without it.) ()but this ride was awesome. Followed by cyclone, the "U" ride (which we enjoyed like anything, a must sit ride), and rain dance.
The food and the price were average. Wave pool starts at 2.30 pm, which I feel is a bit late, and the other round starts at 4.30pm. The DJ too was good, playing all fresh songs. Overall it was huge fun and hence after recommending it to my office, we are planning a trip ahead. Going this sunday on office trip. Hope its fun again... :)
