We tried reaching there as early as possible and were able to start by 11 am.
Please take your own swimming costume (any t-shirt/bermuda pair for guys and slacks/t-shirt for girls). Get there early so that you can enjoy the clean water before the crowds (it gets really crowded).
If you feel you got your money's worth in 2 hours (10-12 noon) then you can skip the lunch there and drive to nearby Panshet and eat there (and do some boating as well).
