I have watched Krrish 3 on the eve of Diwali, and now I got the chance of writing the review. In short, I will say that 'Krrish 3' is a one time watch for sure, for some of its special effects and the bars it raises  for the Bollywood movies, and the 2 best thing about this movie are Hrithik Roshan & Vivek Oberoi. Story is old, music is disappointing, but go and watch it.

As everybody know that this is a sci-fi movie and is a sequel to Krrish, and 3rd part of the series started with Koi Mil Gaya. It stars one of the under-rated but equally happening actor Hrithik Roshan, and is directed & produced by his father Rakesh Roshan, and I must say that he did the bold step in Bollywood to present a sci-fi series, and he is successfully doing that, no doubt the previous 2 movies are hit and this one is going all guns in the race to become the top grossing movie of India of all time.

Positives include direction, which was good as usual, acting - Hrithik is the one who can handle this superhero image on his own, and he is the best loving superhero of India, well, maybe on 2nd spot after Shaktimaan though, but he is a really good actor. Then comes the surprise package of movie - Vivek Oberoi - he is again one of the flop actor who did acting and is a good actor, and he proves it here.

After a long time we have seen a good villain in the movie, and he suits the role very well. Rest actors did their role okay, but I will also comment on Kangana Ranaut - she looked glamorous and the perfect choice for a villain mutant, she did her role well. The climax was good with good special effect of fighting.

The story of the movie is like this - Krishna aka Krrish (Hrithik Roshan) is a well known super-hero of India, and he is continuing his legacy and is a darling husband of Priya (Priyanka Chopra), he is saving and inspiring India, and in the 1st half we have seen many such incidents which came in all the superhero movies - saving different people in different incidents, and then there is a villian Kaal (Vivek Oberoi) who owns a pharmaceutical company and his main aim is to first develop a virus, spread it across some countries, and then develop an antidote for that, so that he will get good money out of the business of death. But he is paralyzed below his neck, and he has some mind powers developed, he is also searching for a solution for that and in turn also building an army of mutants using his blood. And then its the affair of GOOD vs EVIL.

Now I will point out some negatives - This is a superhero movie and so its on the same track of so many superhero movies came - Hollywood or Bollywood, the same kind of incidents, the same kind of situations, and the old Good vs Bad story, and in many scenes the movie looks an old movie reinvented, and then you'll hear disappointing music, the old kind of music, the old kind of lyrics, and I have no doubt in saying that this is a disappointing album from Rajesh Roshan, who has given us the nice music of'Kaho Naa Pyar Hai.''Raghupati Raghav' is the best composition of the album, but it too sounds too oldish. Movie is long, which can be reduced to a bit, then some special effects could be improved. Special effects are good but at some places it looks more like an animation instead of giving the real feel. The mutant concept was definitely copied but handled quite well, one thing I didn't liked is, how easily Kaya (mutant played by Kangana Ranaut) get converted to good from bad without happening much to inspire her!

But movie is a one time watch for sure, and I have seen it because of my craze to see it on big screen, I hope to see Dhoom 3 also on the big screen, let's see.

For this movie, I rate 3.5/5.
