I feel this review is:
Kotak securities charge a very high brokerage of 0.49& 0.049%. Their customer support is not availabe always when you need in case of nay urgency. They also charges Indirect hidden charges which you will not know particularly in margin trading. I had 70k in my trading account and booked a loss of 5k but the margin amount shows 55k? Do not know where the 10k gone? Their customer service is very poor and they are not capable of answer your queries. But their advisory services work around 80% accuracy level. Their dealers always will try to increase thier revenue by making short profit booking eventhough the stock look positive. Overall it is very difficult to travel with KS for a long term. I do not like to give a single star in any of their service.
