Hi friends im gonna share u my personal experience which I was investing with KOTAK they take highly brokerage charges and their application'KOTAK STOCK TRADER' application is so bad and not so helpful on stock market although their dealers are good but they sometimes don't pick call in urgent time! and their demat account opening process is little hard one day I buys JUSTDIAL 2000 qty at 470 and sell at 472! the profit should be 4000 at least but when I called to dealer that what is my pofit he said only 3200! I shocked where is other 800 rupees? . . .the brokerage took it .
