One of the worst banking services I have come across. The customer service reps and the managers know nothing. They will keep asking for papers one after the another. NOT at all co-operative.
My brother-in-law had a current account with this bank. He got deceased in a road accident. He informed the bank immediately. The rep came over, was very sweet. Sent us a list of documents required. When we gave those documents they wanted more documents and 100 signatures. Made us feel like theives. Irrespective of the emotional pain and trauma the family is going through, the bak is totally uncooperative.
They took all the documents and then finally came back after 3 days asking for another document.
We have given all the proofs of the person being deceased still they insist on more documents. We have crossed the payment cycle dates of the employees and these people are continuously harassing.
The Legal Team apprarently will only work with one document. Then why hire people. They should hire robots. who dont need to take any humane judgements.
