When I was working in courier office behind snapdeal the kotak bank gave to me salary zero account its ok but unexpectedly my office was closed and my job also gone this why the bank changed my account as 10000 rupees minimum balance acccount with out any infomation to me and deducted 1200 rupees on my account , I didn't get my self an account in this bank they gave it to me and did not tell any thing of their policies , iam very dissapointed with this bank.
