I have a saving bank account in kotak branch. Minimum balance is 10, 000. Its a little high from my side. As your 10, 000 gets block and you can't use it. Their should be a minimum balance u have to maintain but they provide you the best facility like their services are quite fast. Phone banking apps are lot easier and up to date. I can transact through by mobile anytime anywhere.
Last time I put a query in the app that I want a new cheque book and I entered all the details. The very next day I got it from courier. I mean if they are taking your 10, 000 minimum balance.
