I feel this review is:
People who work in documents verification department are so rude and nonprofessionals. I submitted all the relevant documents they required for personal loan. However, nobody told me later that why my request for loan has been rejected. I did follow up many times still the contact person was not available. This was such a worst experience of mine with Kotak Mahindra Bank. I would never recommend my friend and colleagues to approach Kotak for any help.
