Hello guys today I am going to sahre a review on Kotak Mahindra Bank.
I am just surfing on internet and saw a ad regarding a zero balance saving account in Kotak Mahindra Bank.
So, I am very excited to open a account in such bank, but once I filled the complete form I got a message that customer representative will come to your home to collect the documents.
But I feel very unhappy when the customer representative called me to come in other location to submit documents.
Also after submission of the entire document he told me to wait for 4 days for approval.
After 4 days I got a call form representative to meet and I reached there then he told me that you have to enclosed a 10k cheque with form.
So, my question is as it is a zero balance account then why it needs cheque.
But he deny saying that it is a rule to open saving account.
I have not opened the account.
