Dear Fellas,
Its my humble request to all not to open kotak mahindra bank account. Service, personal, bank manager, customer support all are not very helpful.
It has been around 30 days now since I have raised a complaint towards a failed transaction worth 6.1 k, due to the server problem, my money got deducted and I had to swipe again my card for the second time.
I did continuous follow but no one turns up to be active and never escalated the issue. Similar to that, I had 3 more failed transaction happen to my card, for which I have also raised a request but till date, the money never credited to my account.
It been a month and they keep saying different things every time you call them. I don't understand, why in India people are so casual, as per the law how can someone keep your money for one month with them. I don't think I am the only victim, there are many people across the country who face the issue, and out of which bank can earn lots of cash by lending our money to others and get the interest. For ex. 1000 people had the same issue with avg. the value of 5 k, so total 50, 00, 000 lakh INR, interest will be 13%, so bank gets to earn 6.5 lakh every month for the interest.
Can someone give me a solution how to go about it. Really pissed off with the service of KOTAK BANK.
