Hello friends, I share my personal experience about kotak mahindra bank.I have an account in this bank since last 1 yr.This bank is only for showing purpose not for service purpose.
Once my debit card is lost, i apply for that but till 3 months I regularly follow up for that to customer care, but I didn't get any response.Thwy lock ticket, courier is missing but they dont have any detail for that where courier is dispatched .
For that, personally I have goto the bank, when I check my statement, they have debited new atm charge from my acoount but I don't get it. I want to bank again and I gave a complaint them about this but still I don't get refund my money, so many times I asked but they are telling your issue is under process.
Due to that suffer, I close my account. I would never prescribe you that bank. Customer service is very bad even customer care no is also not free .Its totally waste of time, so ridiculous thing from bank
