Hi friends,

I want to share my review on Kotak Mahindra Bank and it is an famous bank all over India and I have taken the account in this bank from the three years and they trouble a lot in telling the information to the customers about the bank.

Phone banking:

The phone banking is possible in this bank but during the payment it takes more time and again it goes to the declined state and facing some problems during payment in phone banking.

ATM Service:

Many ATM s are located but there are always empty without money and we are troubling a lot to withdraw the amount and more no of ATM s should be developed in various Cities and towns.

Internet banking:

The internet banking is available for this bank but it consumes more time for the payment.

Customer service:

The customer service offered by this bank is very poor and they are not in an way to say about the rate of interests and other things they are only confused n the information of the bank.

Finally, I won't recommend this bank to anyone
