Guys,
Do not get into trap Kotak Mahindra's exciting offer. I was trapped by them for the same reason.
The way it was displayed online I was really excited about the offer and interest they offered. I mean who wouldn't like it, 6% interest on saving account that too you can create instant account online without standing in queue and hassle free(as mentioned by them 15 mins is the max).
So I applied for online saving account i.e., called JIFI by them also did the transaction of Rs.10000/- and received reference, tracking number etc.
Its been 3 days and I still didn't hear anything from them. So I thought may be I should get in touch with cust. support this time. After several calls I finally got to speak to one of them(credit card cust. support number and general enquiry support number are same please visit their website). I was told, she(representative) has raised this issue to their system and concern team will get back to me within next 2 hours(which they didn't).
So the very next day I called their cust. support again and this time their call attender was a guy and was rude. He was getting pissed when I started asking him questions about my transaction etc. I asked him if he could raise a complaint for refund and this time he replied to me in very harsh tone and rudely, "I've raised this issue to concern team, they'll get back to you within 3 working days"(I mean, Are you even serious? 15 mins to 2 days and now it has become 3 working days.)
So I replied him in the same tone "Can I have atleast my complaint number?"(Though I wanted to tell him bas*d but yeah I controlled it) and noted it down but haven't receive any of the call nor bank account detail neither refund to my parent account.
Please help me guys to get my refund. I have reference number and complaint also account statement for a proof.
