Its about few days back I guess on 23 of jan 2017 .I choose kotak mahindra bank to open my curent account .


My ca gave me good reviews and a personal contact from kotak mahindra executive still we are not treated good even we r gone from a personal contacts from our ca .So now u can think how bad is the service even we are gone through a known person of kotak mahindra executive who opens and deals in this current account


I will describe u in brief


I and my husband collect all are data which is needed to open a current account and gone too bank on 25th jan 2017


there we are treated good with so much eager because we are choosing there bank to open current account and they are forcing us to even open two saving account of mine and my husband and they collect all the data the process was done and we have told we urgent need a current account because we are having loss because of not having a current account we told our whole problem and they understand it and promise us that your account will open on next month starting means 2 or 3 of feb 2017 we are eagerly waiting for the account to open firstly and importantly we need a cheque book to do some important and after 2 days an executive visit our home enquiry our details and forms we submitted we fill happy that now our account will open soon but its not the truth this account is open on 15 feb 2017 we are getting too much loss because of not having a cheque book


then we see that we recieve our debit card through blue dart with a mistake on its not having a mobile number not mention and they said cheque will be recieved in 1 week but its more than 1 and half week my husband call daily to know where is the cheque book when will I got it we are having too much loss no one is answering any thing they only just said we have inform to our head branch they will response soon but its still not happening and one day my husband gone to fight them after 2 weeks over but he still talk politly still no one answering while he was going out of the branch with a sad face the first counter person who is for the coustmer services stopped him and ask what happen sir


then he told all about the issue of not coming cheque book then he inquiries and tell the thing was that if we go one day before to blue dart our parcel is there they don't find our home and the mistake phone number is not mentioned


And now the parcel is returned to bank after 7 days in blue dart


now we know it will take 3 to 4 days more to resend the parcel and then the cheque book recieve but we are not happy with there services the executives are not good I can't understand who appoint him and how he is getting salary if he can't make his customers happy


we have decided to not open our saving account now and even we decided to leave there current account also we are there to close the account too


so please see to it I totally not recommended you to not choose this bank
