I alas changed my salary account from ICICI to Kotak. now not that ICICI turned into right or now not properly but Kotak agent stated there may be a few insurance. So out of greed I went for it simplest to get hold of horrific customer service on every occasion. I asked for a new debit card considering the fact that my antique one broke and its been over every week and that I did no longer get it. they're truely pushing the blame on courier service.
Kotak itself dispatched it late. The human beings at the telephone are very rude. They act as if they personal bank. I would no longer recommend Kotak Mahindra bank.
