The phone banking experience is as good or as bad as banks like HDFC and ICICI, go through a myriad of options and key in details before you can reach a customer car person. Don't understand that why can't IVR of banks have an option on the first menu to talk straight to a customer care executive. Branches are poorly managed. Very limited number of staff, very dry and uncooperative. Staff sitting on chair rarely smile and do not put in any extra effort to make you feel comfortable.
Internet banking experience is superb and secure. You can't login without keying in the password and OTP so pretty secure. You can update your mobile number online, a first for any bank. Kudos. You can create online a credit card(netcard) for any denomination for small purchases.
On the whole internet experience is good but in person experience is not motivating at all.
