Hii everyone, I want to share my personal experience with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK. I want to open a bank account. So I chose kotak mhindra bank as people says that it is a good bank. So I went to my nearst kotak mahindra bank.
I asked them that I want to open an account. I was surprised that the staff showed attitude. They say me to fill up form. I asked where is form?
They said that form will fell here and there. I went to form counter. All forms are spread and mix. They is no name of cleaning. But however I found form and submit it. Bank employees demanded different types of documents. I gave all documents. They said me to come tomorrow.
I went the next day. They opened my form. I submit 2000 in account.
After 3 months I went to bank for taking money. But I was shocked to find that there was 1500 in the account. I asked for rs. They says me your money deducted as charge.
They charge very high. So don't open a bank account in this bank. All your money will go as charge.
