Hi Everyone, I applied for opening an account online on 3rd April 2017, I transferred money also. I received SMS of executive who was supposed to collect my documents, but after making many calls he didn't came. Then I called customer care and lodged a complaint on 16th April 2017 and talked to customer care agent, then he assured me that my issue will be solved within three days, after three days nothing happened.
And from that day I made 7-8 calls but there was no response, the customer care agent was just giving me assurance and no satisfactory action was taken. I haven't seen such a worst CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Not only this there is an issue with ATM AVAILABILITY, very less number of ATMs are available. PHONE BANKING also doesn't respond, payment gets stuck in between and I never get money back in my account.
Really very much Disappointed with Kotak Mahindra Bank. I would recommend everyone not to open any account on this Bank.
