I feel this review is:
The customer service is very worst. the customer care number will never connect to the customer care executive in your life time. I am ING bank customer because of merge with Kotak bank I became a kotak bank customer. till ING the service is very good after merger the problems started. they call for only to sell the other product which make money for them and never think of providing the customer service. The ATM are very few in number the branches are also very few. Internet banking is not user friendly.
