It takes more than 50 days to close PL.
it took 30 days to receive my closure letter .then 4 days to pay loan where they charge interest on daily basis even if you have cleared your outstanding balance
and 20 days to take noc from bank.
procedures are irritating.
customer care is worst.
charge 5+ % pre-closure charges.
