I got a call form some executive whose boss is Madhav(9886198142), stating I have a pre approved Credit card(PVR card) with a limit of 5 Lakh. I felt ok and applied to my surprise I got some LEAGUE card with 45000 Limit.
I called customer care to find that I am not priority customer that I was told and had to call the number several times as it will be busy always, they took complaint and closed it also without even informing of the resolution.
They seriously play with you, never bank with kotak.
I have been told that I am a priority customer of the bank and didnt bother about that till I encountered the problem.
