Trying reach india customer care at 1860 266 2666 since one wk. But no response from them .
I am just trying to increase my credit card limit .Its simple phone call request with other banks .
I hate KOTAK from today . Going remove this as my salary account .
And koatak management, please note that for every customer requirement or need, there is some emergency and valid reason behind it .and it values a life for some one .I am trying to increase my credit card limit since one week. for get about technical possibilities, there is no response even from you guys .and nor response for mail also . You should think from customer side,
