Hello companions, today I want to describe about kotak mahindra bank. I have an account in this bank since one year.this bank is only showing purpose not for service purpose.they debited money from my account against debit card charge but I am not applying for it.i went to bank and I gave a complaint them about this but till now not get refund my money, so many times I asked but they are telling your issue is under process.so friends I would never prescribe you.ans customer service is very bad and also internet banking was very slow.but atm availability is so high.and phone banking is also low priority.
