Hi this is yogesh,
I wanted to share my experience with this bank, now I got chance to share. I had an account in this kotak Mahindra Bank. I should have change my plan at that time, cause I had a better choices. I had opened an account by seeing rates of this bank in E-mails. They were sending emails one by one after one day or two days. I got attracted by its rates. So I thought to open an account.
I visited this bank and asked for new savings account opening, they had gave me form I had to fill according to given instructions with documents. I did it according to heir instructions. I deposited Rs.8000. One of the sales executive had told me that your account will be active within two days, even other can do it in same day.
And I had to apply for the debit card, what is this non sense, I have now opened m account in SBI, they gave me a kit including debit card. This is very unbelievable for me. Delays in account opening, and takes a month to issue a debit card, for I had paid .
I hadn't started mobile banking and internet banking, because of its reluctant behavior.
This bank provided a good ATM availability compared to others, you can easily find them.
If I talk about its service, cheap service ever, should improve by this bank.
