I took two policies on good faith as there agent trend in first building relationship and then they actually take benefit of trust and remove from the system.
I am suffering with two policies:

03070732 Kotak Platinum-(UIN-107L067V02) My Solution
policy bechne tak customer is GOD or jab good faith per customer faste hai they are using abusive language with customer. name is gaurav chawla who is an employee of Kotak and no sense how to talk to customers.
Planning to go to consumer court. No NEVER EVER INVEST IN KOTAK.
