Before purchasing policy from kotak life.Their agent told me I will get bonus of Rs 6000 every year And if I stopped policy after 3 year I will get minimum amount Rs 1350000.But still date policy has completed more than 5 years.
I not got bonus and if now I surrender policy I will get only surrender value Rs 700000 by deducting charges as per communication with kotak company.I requesting to you help me to get my back as mentioned before taking policy.
