I am surprised Customer service department is ISO 9001-2008 Certified by TUV SUD Management Services for KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE, My rating for this service should be CHOR BAZAAR CERTIFICATION OF HIGHEST ORDER.
After numerous reminders they just will never respond back to your mail request and when you call up and ask for their grievance officer you will be told Line cannot be transferred, and immediately you call them up after some time for buying a new policy they will transfer the call immediately .
They are master cheaters in changing terms of Policies without informing clients putting them to a lot of Inconvenience . A life insurance company MUST be avoided at any cost
