Hello Guys, My mom had taken Insurance policy in this company 10 years ago and from then we have payed all the installments correctly, But from 3 payments we have delayed for this problem they have suspended account and compels us to pay the penalty of 3, 500 rupees for 3 cycles.
Customer service - It is better that we can insure for all the categories like house insurance, cattle insurance and especially for the career growth for this I felt slightly better.
Claims settlement - My mom had token 16 years of policy and now her payment is finished but they still now increased the time of claiming to another two years.
Premium - They have informed about all the plans and how to pay amount in terms and they don't even explain about the penalty system.
