I feel this review is:
I purchased a life insurance policy in December 2012(Policy No 2651620), after 2 year I was not unable to pay the premium on time. My contact details got changed because I changed my job. I follow my Financial adviser to maintain this policy but no response. Few days back when I call the customer care they said my policy has been lapsed and no amount would be refunded. Even I didn't get any letter on my postal address. They should inform me through a letter to my address. They only send letter to those who has liability to pay to company. I am really disappointed with the such services from this reputed company. I would not recommend this company for any kind of policy.
