Kotak life insurance. Review on Kotak Life Insurance

Kotak life insurance is not friendly insurance company.i make my account in this insurance company but after 2 year due to delay in last two payment they take charges on it.then I send the notice in this problem but they cancel my notice.the don't work is good way.they don't have good rules and regulations.in this insurance company staff attitude is very bad.i have some personal reason so I was pay the 1 premium at a time.even I paying every premium at a time.but here I am totally unsatisfied with this life insurance company.they can take penalty.and they block my account.they did not take it on for a long time. I am waiting for reactive in my account.there claims settlement is very bad.they have take long time of settle claim.there service is not a like compare with LIC.i should been more better.i would not recommended to any one.thank you.
