They just don't respond once they have your money. while my money is wasted, I'm happy I did not indulge into too many things and tested them out on something smaller.
The staff is highly unprofessional. they make compromises when trying to hide things that they did wrong and not wanting to get noticed by the doc. some u may realize but most of the times u wont.
Management is missing here.
[ for eg someone forgot turning on the centrifugal machine(which is to be run for about 15-20mins on a blood sample), when the attendant realized this, she chose to just turn it on for few minutes and took it for the procedure, which is v v unethical. She must have had her fears, but this shows there systems are flawed]
