koryo microwave provides multistage cooking with the cavity of stainless steel.It was working proper but after sometime it started giving some problems.Microwave price wise also it is cheaper compared to other brands Microwave.
But it was our bad luck that we bought it and we never thought I was going to face such service from them and adopt such valueless product.
This microwave worked very well for the first three month and started giving after that.Sometimes its operating system got failed automatically and it stopped taking electricity and did not perform its task.Many times I ate very unpalatable foods due to that. So I took it to the nearest service centre but later found that they were not able to repair it. And they said they had deficiency of some parts that's why they can't repair. I never saw such worthless and unskilled workers.
Then it was capable to show its performance.But after few days its buttons stopped working and we faced a lot of problems as it could not start or stop on time. It also took some more money to repair.
Microwave worked very well in first few months but after that almost every 1 or a 2 months it will have some problem.koryo microwave does not have ISI mark also. only cost is less but far behind the quality standards.Almost all the koryo brand items have bad quality.
when it stopped working I called customer care and they informed that there is no door to door service and I have to take microwave to the service centre.
service centre took more than 2 weeks for repairing, It was really very disappointing as the product was still new.I would never recommend this product to anyone.I hope friends you will choose good microwave and hope my review will help you a lot.thanxxx
