I love doing photography but did not have much budget so I decided to purchase a low-end camera with good features to learn photography and then buy DSLR 3 years back. After much research, I purchased Kodak M873 known as Easy share camera costing Rs 13000. The first impression by looking at was good as it is good-looking camera with slim and sleek design, easy to handle. It has eight MP cameras with 3X zoom so I could take good pictures with it.
Although I started, facing some problems after couple of months like the battery hatch which is primarily of plastic design, which could easily tear, high quality pictures, night pictures are not so good, and battery does not last long. So looking at the quality of the camera the price seems to be way more expensive although it has well built up. Maybe with some more money invested I could have purchase a semi-slr or a good camera phone, which would have given me nice quality pictures.
I would term it as slim style camera not good enough to show.
