Dear All,
Kingfisher Airline is worst Airline, why because i’ll tell you all why so, they are paying less to there emplyees..overburding them with work....taking work of 10 emplyoees from
1 employee.....sometimes emplyees dn’t even get breaks to have food...ground sraff is only getting Rs.9,553/- as salary .....you wont even belive last year on the occassion of Diwali the company dont even give a box of sweets to their employees....not even bonus....most of the time there aircrafts are technically not fit to fly.....they are increasing flight day by day 30 flight are there in morning shift only so tell how a employee can give a output???? the company is not even hiring new staff to reduce burden.......employees are leaving the company on frequent basis........................
