I travelled from New Delhi to Mumbai on 25th May. I came to know about Upgrade Travel Option by Kingfisher through one of their emails. It said that you can get a chance to upgrade to first class by paying around Rs. 2100. There was around 100Rs. particiaption fee which was non refundable and around 2000Rs. upgrade price (which is to be automatically refunded if you are not upgraded). To my surprise, I was upgraded to the First class and enjoyed a luxurious trip on the First Class. Other than that the customer care service by the Optiontown people (partner of Kingfisher) was really great. They were always available for any queries you have related to the Upgrade Travel Option (UTo). It was really a great program and I would like to thank Kingfisher and their partner Optiontown for such a great program. I wish them all the best for their program.
